We accept most health insurances including Medicaid
A doctor’s order for speech and/or feeding evaluation and treatment is required. Have the doctor include insurance and your personal contact information. These documents are required for insurance coverage and can be faxed to 316-462-0999.
For those using private insurance, As a courtesy, we will provide you with insurance information including your deductible and cost for services via email. After receiving the insurance information, if you decide to move forward, you can contact us by phone or email to schedule your evaluation.

If you are using Medicaid, once all forms are received and insurance is verified you will be contacted by phone to schedule an evaluation.
Yes.
Typically they are 30 min. 1 time per week.
We are closed all major holidays. We follow USD 259 for closings due to inclement weather.
Please arrive promptly at scheduled appointment time. Do not arrive early.
There is a designated parking space right outside the tree house. There are no stairs.
Parents are encouraged to leave cell phones in pockets or out of view in order to participate with their child without distractions.
Only the child enrolled in therapy and the parent(s) are allowed in the Tree house. Child to come right on time so that 2 families are not present at same time. Handwashing upon arrival. Temperatures taken. Masks for adults required.
